Aquasentry offers service contracts on all its equipment. We can maintain, repair and replace all equipment if needed ensuring that your site is always operating with the Environment Agency’s guidance
We offer maintenance on all our products once the equipment has been active for 12 months and is out of warranty.
Our service agreements which can be inclusive of replacement parts, includes either an annual or bi-annual visit to your site to maintain your equipment and ensure all is in working order.
We base our contracts on the following variables:
- Equipment Spec
- Parts Inclusive / Parts Exclusive
The contract (dependent on system) will take place in the way of:
- Testing all pumps are in full working order/re-calibration of probes/testing alarm systems & telemetry is in working order and functioning to its highest level
- Assessing the circuit board(s), and related components, to sustain maximum efficiency
- Re-commissioning of equipment after inspection and providing certification
All the above steps are vital for any company to meet the Environmental Agencies Guidelines (PPG2, PPG3, PPG21) for efficient pollution prevention control and to enable your equipment to function correctly. Maintaining your equipment is also a requirement of those that have attained IS014001.
We are also able to maintain 3rd party equipment too. Our expert team have experience working with many manufactures and we are confident to maintain and repairs units where needed.
