Maintenance Service Contract

Aquasentry offers service contracts on all its equipment. This contract is applicable once the unit has been active for 12 months and is out of warranty. The contracts, which can be inclusive of replacement parts, are available on an annual or bi-annual basis.

Our service agreements include either an annual or bi-annual visit to your sites to maintain your equipment and ensure all is in working order.

We base our contracts on the following variables:

Equipment Spec
Parts Inclusive / Parts Exclusive

The contract (dependant on system) will take place in the way of:

Testing all pumps are in full working order/re-calibration of probes/testing alarm systems & telemetry is in working order and functioning to its highest level
Assessing the circuit board(s), and related components, to sustain maximum efficiency
Re-commissioning of equipment after inspection and providing certification

All the above steps are vital for any company to meet the Environmental Agencies Guidelines (PPG2, PPG3, PPG21) for efficient pollution prevention control and to enable your equipment to function correctly.
